    An excellent opening for a highly organised, customer facing, well-spoken person who can take full responsibility for manning reception desk for goods coming in, organising goods going out/ goods to be collected and working very closely with the Technical Department who have to support a large number of clients throughout the UK.

    Must have a very good command of English both oral and written and a track record/references of doing a similar job to a high standard. This role would suit someone who has a friendly and welcoming nature, is able to build strong internal and external relationships and has a good eye for detail.     Knowledge of Sage 200/Service Manager would be beneficial or experience in processing work/jobs on a computerised system (Training will be given). You MUST have previous experience of working as a Receptionist/Switch board Operator.

    This role offers an immediate start and the salary will be based on experienced circa - £18000.00-£22000.00  - Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 9.30am-5.30pm – North Acton.
