Noon Products manufacturers in chilled and frozen foods and have been in business since 1989.  From humble beginnings only 15 years ago, Noon Products has formed into a multinational company which supply all the big retailers.  We provide ethnic and Indian cuisine to Waitrose, Sainsbury, Morrisons and to Supermarkets in Germany and Holland.

Noon Products have a turnover of +100 million a year.  We employ 900 employees and operate from 3 sites from the Great Western Industrial Estate based in Southall, Middlesex.  Last year, to enable us to cope with all the fluctuating volumes in orders, we decided to use casual staff.

We have a good working relationship and find that they carry out a thorough search for suitable employees, and also ensure that the staff appointed are given basic hygiene training and basic health and safety training.  Goldteam take it upon themselves to send all staff to a medical Doctor to ensure that the employees are medically fit to work in a food factory.  They make every effort to ensure that the numbers required turn up on time and as much as possible to ensure that the same staff is retained which is most beneficial for us as it leads to consistency and saves time on training.
