Remuneration Package:

Job Description:
The role will initially involve supporting a team of consultants and senior consultants, resourcing for client vacancies, gaining knowledge and experience across a wide range of recruitment practices including online and press advertising, search and database selection. Candidates who perform well will be fast tracked to work with the senior consultants as a trainee recruitment consultant on major client accounts.

- Qualify and 'skill up' a candidate CV
- Advertise a role from a client job specification
- Qualify a candidate on the telephone
- Close a candidate on the telephone
- Present candidate write-ups for consultant/client use
- Placement of advertising
- Referencing
- WRS Forms
- Sourcing candidates
- Client Liaison and relationship building
- Office management and administration
- Mail-outs
- Database management – Will receive full training on use of Voyager software
- Offer letters.
- Registering candidates.
- Dealing with employee related issues fairly and professionally.
- Supporting the Consultants as much as you can.
- To relieve the consultants from the administrative tasks associated so they can focus on new business.
- Assisting the consultants with all aspects of the recruitment process and day-to-day office duties.
- Recruitment and selection, including psychometric testing and arranging assessment days, tests and skill testing for candidates in behalf of the consultants.
- Writing interview letters, offer
letter and contracts.
General running of the office, including taking phone calls, sending literature. - Serving as a bridge between the Consultants and the candidates
- Assisting with security checks for candidates
- Writing and chasing up employment references
