Remuneration Package:

Job Description:

The Role:
You will handle the majority of incoming enquiries and will be the primary point of contact for the majority of our customers. We do not cold call, our customers find us via the web, so when they do call it is essential that they find us to be informed, responsive and helpful.

You will pass complex technical enquiries on to specialist staff but will ensure that those enquires are dealt with effectively. You will follow-up with customers to ensure that their enquiries have been dealt with satisfactorily. You will be expected to maintain contact with customers until the deal is closed or lost - and beyond.

You will use our extensive voyager system to track all contacts with customers. You will work with other staff to influence company development priorities in the light of feedback from customers.

You will be expected to develop a thorough knowledge of our products and you will be given extensive help and training while you learn about out products and the office systems that we use.

The role will initially involve supporting a team of consultants and senior consultants, resourcing for client vacancies, gaining knowledge and experience across a wide range of recruitment practices including online and press advertising, search and database selection.

  • Qualify and 'skill up' a candidate CV
  • Advertise a role from a client job specification
  • Qualify a candidate on the telephone
  • Close a candidate on the telephone
  • Sourcing candidates
  • Client Liaison and relationship building
  • Management and administration of the Hospitality Department
  • Database management – Will receive full training on use of Voyager software
  • Offer letters.
  • Client queries answered within remit
  • Daily work rostas to be emailed to client
  • Weekly timesheets to be compiled
  • Client visits to ensure quality standards are maintained

  • Build and retain a strong business relationship with existing clients, in order to understand their needs and ensure Goldteam is well positioned to win new and on-going business.
  • Pro-actively support the Resourcing team to maximise business opportunities for clients
  • Produce client development plans that identify business opportunities leading to maximising
Delivery:
  • Engage, lead and inspire a series of cross functional delivery teams created to deliver optimal and profitable integrated client solutions
  • Translate solutions into detailed delivery plans (including SLA’s) signed off both at commencement stage and “go live” stage by clients and delivery teams
  • Pro-actively direct client and internal communications on progress to manage expectations of service delivery
Monitor:
  • Participate in internal and external reviews to make service enhancements through methodology, practices & procedural improvements
  • Actively seek comments from internal and external stakeholders to enhance and deliver market leading solutions
Enable & Support:
  • Coach and mentor client services colleagues in order to enhance the individual’s and team’s capabilities.
For Example, specific responsibilities of this position will include:
  • Working closely with clients and internal departments
  • Managing data flows
  • Manage accounts to ensure back end processes such as email response management are performed in accordance with client requirements
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Troubleshooting and contingency planning
  • Identify areas for client development across the business
Skills:
  • Strong people skills and ability to manage clients and internal resource.
  • Data literacy – must be able to ‘read’ data from a marketing, processing and quality control perspective
  • Computer literacy – particularly Excel. Able to confidently pull together reports and graphical representations of results
  • Web literacy – broad understanding of the principals of web design and marketing including html design
